The Test Manager will have to steer and govern manual and automated tests for multiple business application programs / projects as well as BAU/operations as per defined processes. This will include supervising the tests progress and the completion of the test evidences, ensuring that the full test scope is delivered as committed and the milestones are reached at the expected dates.
The Test Manager will also have to report on various test and project KPIs, to give a fair and effective view to support the Project Manager, Program Director and Leads including early anticipated issues together with the right correction plan.
Additionaly the Test Manager would also make sure that the relevant test case assets are updated and also will be supporting the test team in delivering the accurate training on various test tools
Responsibilities:
Reporting to and Collaborating with Program Director and Expleo IT Vertical Leads:
• Test Planning as well as reforecasting with reasonable options
• Fulfill and present detailed and accurate reports, presentations and KPIs
• Participation to the instances
• Manage escalations up to Program Director or IT Director, incl. suppliers if required
Test Governance:
• Execute the appropriate Governance (internal and external with service companies), including Minutes & sign-off
• Review business test cases to ensure they are properly documented and detailed.
• Monitor the results
• Continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
Test Management:
• Anticipate and plan action in the frame of the various (internal and external) releases of the applications in scope
• Managing the overall Test Stream across all projects and entities
• Review regularly and coordinate the update of the Tests roster to ensure that Test cases are up-to-date and changes in organization, methods, systems are considered in the latest version. This includes also the non-regression tests.
• Apply the Project’s Governance, organization and animation of the different Project’s Committees
• Plan and follow-up the Test from start to completion involving duration, resource assignment, progress and milestones.
• Follow-up the progress of bugs resolution and highlight the pain points as well as late deliveries of fixes.
• Build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality work (including right the tests evidence to attach to tests cases)
• Participation to the decision making in the overall frame of the Program Planning, considering release planning as well as other constraints (IT & non-IT)
• Apply strictly the evaluation strategies and KPIs to monitor the performance
Qualifications
Computer Engineer (BE), Business Information Systems Master or equivalent degree (CAPM / PMIPBA or SCRUM certification are a plus)
Skills
Familiar with all related-Test concept
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as leadership skills, being able to coordinate functional and technical counterparts as well as external contractors and service companies
• Interpersonal skills in a globalized organization
• Solution-oriented mindset, comfortable with Business and Technical topics and paying attention to the details on sensitive topics
• Excellent Test management organizational skills including techniques and methods
• Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of tests from unit testing to UAT with various teams’ size
• Proven experience in tracking KPIs for a daily delivery follow-up and Management reporting
• Ability to multitask
• English fluent
• Methodological background on test mgt. such as ISTQB
• Knowledge and experience on test automation tools and frameworks
• Familiar with ERP, HRIS, CRM and reporting systems (e.g. PowerBI), integrated tools and integrations, fist proven experience in test management for one of it mandatory
• Comfortable with Program roadmap concepts, Release and Release Roadmap concepts and overall constraints
• No travel restriction / travel ban

Experience
10-12 + years with with a min. 3-5y experience of testing/test management in multi-national and large global applications
