About the Role:
The role of a Senior Consultant involves a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the quality, functionality, and usability of software applications. This involves analyzing requirements, understanding business processes, and defining the scope of testing activities. This role combines technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
Responsibilities:
Leading Delivery Test strategies and Test Approach for all Projects/ Clients by ensuring QA/Testing Process and Procedures are followed across each project and team
Manage & run pilot projects as part of capability showcases for clients
Drive compliance with the testing framework, including standards, processes, tools, test plans, cases and templates across projects.
Support the solution selling and pre-sales teams on sales calls
Manage Accounts and be the point of contact for all things functional testing at Planit
Organise tests through selection of pragmatic technologies and frameworks.
Manage teams in designing and continuously developing test scripts / suites for functional & technical testing of applications
Lead investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing processes. Think creatively, ask the right questions and critically evaluate and communicate findings to a larger team.
Establish QA standards, processes, tools and methodologies and partner with other functions to communicate testing requirement collect and assess metrics for budgets, schedules, KPIs, SLAs and contractual goals.
Demonstrate expertise within API testing and clearly define the scope of the program working with tools (Postman, Rest assured)
Skills & Experience:
Proven leadership, preferably has handled a mid-sized test team
Stakeholder reporting, meetings
Has run pilot projects
Able to support us in pre-sales calls
New project estimations, effort and timelines
