Your role:
• Test Management for Pega projects, preparing Test Strategy & Test Plan
• Handle Test capacity and manage testing stories
• Plan the regression testing and functional testing for testing
• Defect management and chase interface partners
• E2E collaboration with interface partners.
• Manage business testing, sign off and PSO for release.
Your expertise
• have 15+ years in QA with strong knowledge on SDLC, working on all components of test lifecycle
• At least 10+ years’ experience in managing Pega project form testing side(must have)
• Experience Manage large and complex projects with in Pega (must have)
• Experience in Pega rules SI Framework, Payments, Investment Bank, and securities (must have)
• Experience and E2E knowledge of Swift, SEPA, SIC, FED, CHIPS, SWIFT MX, MEPS +
• Defining detailed Test Strategy & Test Plan including Risk Identification and mitigation
• Collaboration with business users and track Acceptance testing
• Defect Management and Project Sign off for the releases
• Ability to manage large, complex testing projects
• Must have experience in Agile methodology
• Plan test capacity, effort estimation and manage testing stories
• Manage all the phases of testing life cycle
• Responsible for Resource hiring & allocation
