Lead the test planning, strategy, execution, and reporting efforts for projects
Define and prioritize test activities based on project goals and risks
Ensure alignment of testing processes with ISTQB principles and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements and provide testing insights
Develop comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated testing approaches
Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data sets and environments
Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate issues to stakeholders
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in line with ISTQB methodologies
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and testing advancements
Technical Skills
10+ Years of relevant experience
Proficiency in test management tools such as HP ALM, Zephyr, Xray, or TestRail
Experience with defining and implementing test processes and deliverables in alignment with ISTQB principles
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, although not at a hands-on coding level
Understanding of API testing, integration testing, E2E Testing, and test data management
Awareness of CI/CD concepts and their role in testing
Payments domain knowledge (Preferred)
