ManagesTesting activities in projects and programs and supervises and coaches teammembers responsible for delivering projects.
Ensures optimal resource utilization within the team, in alignment/discussionwith the Project needs.
Has frequent exposure to and interaction with senior levels ofDelivery/Business leadership.
Should participate in requirements discussion and scope analysis.
Provides advanced level of input concerning assigned scope of work.
Should own the Test Planning and effort Estimation.
Should act as SME in the area of testing in both functional (Manual andAutomation) and Nonfunctional(Performance testing))
Should drive test environment and test data management activities.
