As an Advanced Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing Functional and Technical testing, Change requests and enhancements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for Planning, Designing, Author, and Executing Test Cases. Additionally, you will write or assist in the development of Test Plans, Test Procedures, Traceability Matrix, and Test. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:
Work on any system enhancements and improvements.
Be part of POCs for systems and tools and Bug discovery and Bug fix verification.
Automation of test procedures. Test, troubleshoot and critique software components and interfaces in technical depth and completes assigned test-related tasks
Able to write Summary Report and assists in review of test processes as they are developed.
Analyse requirements during the requirements analysis phase of projects. Participate in feature development and drive Quality into development process
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (B.E./B.tech/MTech/MCA).
4-5 years of experience with IT.
1-2 years of relevant technology experience.
2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Should be able to explain new ideas and demonstrate ideas to a large audience with good presentation skills.
Effective stakeholder management of multiple verticals and sharing timely updates with senior management.
Ability to prioritise and multitask.
Commitment to quality, lives up to NN values of being accountable, ambitious, open and honest.
Self-motivated and team player.
Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
