• Analysis of technical requirements and published standards to extract and refine test requirements.
• Developing functional test and verification plans
• Working closely with the design team during the initial system integration phase. This phase allows for the characterization and refinement of the system design prior to commencement of the formal system test phase.
• Raising product defects and working with the design team to arrive at effective solutions.
• Analyzing test results, tracing issues, and tracking defects
• Working closely with Development and other QA team members, continuously analyzing ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Knowledge/ Skill Requirement
• Logical mind-set which is essential for efficient test planning and debugging product defects
• Good logical communication skills, both written and oral
• Flexibility and being able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with 3G/4G LTE /5G technologies
• Domain: Networking, RF testing
• Solid base knowledge of networking, transport, and application technology & protocols. Such as Switching(STP, LLDP), Routing & TCP, UDP, and HTTP etc.
• Good in Security technologies VPN, IPSec, SSL/TLS, PKI
• Experience with Automation (Python) is an advantage
• Perform testing of systems used in Microwave Backhaul.
• Experience working with various test development and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.
• Exposure to Python/Selenium and Test Automation is an added advantage.
