Responsible for developing test strategies and test plans that complies with GxP validation that tracks, reports on compliance includes executing the plans, and documenting issues, evaluates and tests software programs to verify that programs function according to their specified requirements. This individual will ensure GxP validation standards are adhered to, reviews and updates standards, procedures, tools and process in accordance to scope changes etc., They will monitor, manage and communicate with product team (developers, business analysts, etc.) on defects, report results per Innomar’s testing guidelines and collaborate with project team members to ensure the delivery of high quality products.
Translates business and technical requirements into test cases, test scenarios and scripts
Evaluates testability of business and technical requirements based on business/functional requirement document, use cases, user stories and/or solution design documents
Implements structured system testing (manual and automated) strategies/methodologies for all assigned projects and governance around testing processes
Provides feedback on the target technical specifications from testability and feasibility point of view
Understands the domain and the product in detail and recommends the appropriate test strategy
Designs test cases, drives the test case sign off processes with the stakeholders, and tests execution and reporting
Provides technical guidance & support to Engineers I/II in executing their tasks
Designs & develops automation testing architecture, frameworks, scripts and requirement traceability matrix
Leads in setting up, maintaining testing environment and ensuring testing parameters meet set quality standards
Develops test patterns to evaluate the solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability point of view
Leverages automated testing suites, explores edge cases and drive quality with development teams
Evaluates initial analysis of defects, root cause analysis, and resolves all escalated issues in agile manner
Generates regular KPI and risk monitoring & analysis reports for leadership review
Establishes processes & tools to maintain automation scripts and generates reports for faster bug tracking & reporting
Recommends and evaluates continuous improvement ideas for improving testing and quality assurance practices
Simplifies and modernizes testing tools and techniques to ensure maximum scenario coverage and speed of testing
Evaluates and recommends test automation tools and determines suitability with various development tools
Provides technical support and strategic recommendations in software testing and automation for all systems
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Associate in Software Testing
Certified Software Quality Analyst
Certified Test Engineer
WORK EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in system/software quality and testing.
