A strong experience in managing functional/non-functional testing for large projects/program is expected as well as having experience on Requirement Analysis, Test Planning, Test Effort estimation, Test Designing, Test execution, Defect Management, and Test reporting.
Hands-on experience on Web based Testing with X years of industry experience,
Hands-on experience on Manual testing,
Good understanding on testing concepts,
Hands-on experience with VSTS,
Good understanding on how to create
Organizing, monitoring defect management process.
