We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Testing Lead with a minimum of 9+ years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The Database Testing Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our database systems and will play a critical role in the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth back-end (Database or Data) testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Perform API testing, validating data flow and interaction between software components.
Develop and execute test plans for SQL Procedures and validate their functionality.
Write and comprehend SQL queries to manipulate and validate data in the database.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization and with clients by demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance, leveraging your extensive client engagement experience.
Write database queries and scripts to validate data integrity and perform ETL testing.
Utilize your solid Selenium Automation experience, with exposure to Java, to automate database testing processes and enhance efficiency.
Successfully manage and lead at least three projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
The ideal candidate should have:
9+ years of experience in back-end (Database or Data) testing.
Strong knowledge of SQL Procedures and the ability to write and understand SQL queries.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing.
Proficiency in Selenium Automation with exposure to Java.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Extensive experience in client engagement.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
