Professional Expertise:
10+ years in Test Management across the full SDLC in Telco CRM environment.
Project experience from large multi-vendor end-to-end testing projects
In depth software quality assurance experience including proven management, supervisory, or leadership experience with ISTQB Practitioner accreditation (or acceptable equivalent)
Experience working within a matrix-style structure with international teams on-shore and off-shore.
Strong technological background, with degree level qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent
Experience of delivering testing using a variety of test methodologies (waterfall, agile etc.)
Experience of managing internal and external leadership expectations in a global environment to ensure delivery meets all stakeholder expectations.
Experience of managing offshore teams as is the willingness to make overseas trips to coordinate the team.
Experience of Functional and non-functional testing including System, Integration, Regression testing as well as data migration
Experience with Test Tools (preferred HP-ALM)
