Job Description

As a Business UAT Lead in the Card Pricing Product team, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Product Owner, Partner Products and Scrum Teams to analyze business requirements and produce testing documentation and execution strategy to support the Area Product. You will partner with the product teams to develop, customize, design, execute and drive the User Acceptance Test (UAT) that will deliver products that meet customer expectations and result in realizing the planned business value.  

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, specifically QA processes and test methodologies
Partnering with Area Product Owners and product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog and execution of the product roadmap
Work with the Product Owners to ensure clear understanding of operational flows and customer experience expectations for UAT and end to end testing
Quickly comprehend project goals/requirements and identify gaps or challenges
Ensures quality acceptance criteria, including integration and negative testing, is written at all levels (initiative, epic, feature, story)
Build and execute a comprehensive test plan while identifying and proactively managing issues and defects
Analyze data to identify test cases/defects and aid in trouble shooting and problem solving
Build and cultivate relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across Chase
Assist in the definition, documentation, and management of test strategies
Effectively manage multiple streams of work and to deliver in a timely manner
Partner successfully and proactively with other applications and products
Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in user acceptance testing; knowledge of testing best practices and strategies with a proven track record of success delivering within an agile framework. Credit Card experience is a plus
Deep understanding of automation testing tools, framework, execution and strategies
Understanding of non-functional requirements that drive long term product stability
Working knowledge of Agile processes, principles, and related tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
Experience writing SQL queries as well as automation scripting is preferred
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
Energetic self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and a focus on obtaining results
Successful experience leading through ambiguity and ability to manage continuously shifting business priorities
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with excessive attention to detail.
Clear and concise verbal & written communication skills; able to present effectively to technical and non-technical staff, across many levels of the organization, influence varied stakeholder groups and synthesizing key messages for senior management
Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers
