Job responsibilities:
Testing & Automation for Telematics ECU Software using CAN, REST API and Business partner portals
Come up with test cases from the requirement specification, create test plans & execution.
Achieve automation for feasible test cases
Create and maintain test bench setups
Contribute to the existing practices with fresh thoughts to improve productivity
Job experience:
~2-5 years of overall experience in embedded systems validation
Hands On Experience in Telematics domain with good understanding of Telematics Control Unit, Telematics use cases and how everything fits in the context of IoT
Working knowledge of cloud & backend communications with Telematics Control unit.
Experience in – shell scripting, python scripting
Experience in working with Linux like environment
Experience in Automotive domain, with exposure to in vehicle networks
Experience in variety protocols from different layers – Serial protocols, CAN, TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT, Ethernet
Having been a part of an agile team
Good to have – experience in DevOps
Technical skills:
CANOe, CAPL
Python, Pytest, bash, windows batch scripting
git, jira, gerrit, RTC
Doors, DoorsNG
Well acquainted with IDEs like Pycharm
Practical knowledge on Computer Networks
Security Concepts – Public key cryptography, Encryption
Concepts in the web – HTTP, TLS
