Team management
Analysis requirement, design test cases and make sure requirement coverage
Execute test cases manually or by automation and provide test reporting after testing is done
Collaborate with the software development team to troubleshoot bugs
Work closely with Hong Kong and Shanghai teams to ensure smooth project execution
Develop automation test cases in existing test framework
Support the maintenance activities i.e. root cause analysis and solution verifications
Your qualifications
• Bachelor or above, majored in computer science, telecommunication, automation, etc
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in software area testing
• Flutter based mobile application testing (iOS/Android) and Appium test automation experience
• Python development skills
• Experience on product/E2E system manual test methods, and skills
• Experience with working in Agile/SAFe software development frameworks
• Experience on product/E2E system automation test, test case execution and written is a plus
• Familiar with IoT Platforms, like smart lighting system is a plus
• Selenium web application testing automation is a plus
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good conversational English
